About the team
Production team grown up to 30 people. Unreal Engine department has grown to 8 members.
My responsibilities have shifted to setting up collaboration among several individuals on a single UE5 project. Additionally, I was involved in configuring interaction between different departments.
Responsibilities:
- Developing UE5 Project structure and asset management
- Management of Git repository for version control
- Technical consulting and mentoring

- Metahuman customising (wrapping Metahuman topology on custom mesh, weight transfer, face joints transformations, DNA modifications)
- Basic rig creation for Metahuman inside Maya (Advanced Skeleton)

About the team
Art department consisted of 8 people including me, director and touchdesigner/unrealengine artists. Team of engineers who did projection-mapping and operated light and sound FX consisted of 6 people.
